Class Schedule- Fall/Winter

Bikram Yoga: 90 minutes.  Silent, moving meditation. Total body & mind healing practice.  26 postures, 2 breathing exercises.  The Original Hot Yoga.

Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP):  60 minutes.  Music.  High intensity interval training using Pilates principals.  Heated room approx. 95 degrees.

Hot Vinyasa Flow:  60 minutes.  Music.  Traditional yoga postures done in a flow style.  Heated room approx. 95 degrees.
